  • Cameras, configuration documentation, diagrams, distribtuion cabling, NVR, etc.

  • Conference Rooms, Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, and Smartphones along with the configuration documentation and diagrams that support their excellent operation and support.

Service Types

  • Day-to-day technical support and lifecycle maintenance costs are inevitable but can be greatly reduced with appropriate planning, clearly defined processes, and a big-picture systems level focus.

    Similar to the reliability of a smartphone, we all want to enjoy the use of an incredibly well-designed tools, and we know how to make your information systems function with ease. This is where our relationship with our clients begins. As with the design of a building end-user interaction is key in determining the best design for any information system.

    Our consulting services include planning, visioning, forecasting, cost analysis, and budgeting in order to define expectations in alignment with your organization’s goals and risk attitude. 

  • Many organizations whose product or service is not within the information technology sphere find themselves challenged to staff in-house information technology personnel. A common challenge for most any organization: IT-related tasks are often off-loaded to individuals required to perform another key role within your company and priority conflicts can be frequent.

    Our Management service is designed to augment your team without the heavy recurring costs of in-house staff with expert enterprise level information systems and technology experience. We show our customers what having a professional IT Manager is like before they are normally able to staff for that level of expertise in-house.

    Every aspect of your information systems is fully documented, diagrammed, and tracked in a system that is accessible by you at all times. Our holistic approach means that we manage the full life-cycle of your systems from procurement to training, maintenance, disaster recovery, repair and/or replacement.

  • Our Maintenance service includes the most critical components for reliable information systems—continuous and appropriate systems updating, metrics for the health of your systems, and a guide for preventing unexpected events.

    We take care of top to bottom monitoring, alerting, reporting, as well as updating of firmware, operating system, and application software on a schedule you specify and that meets your budget requirements.

    We are also happy to train you anyone on your behalf to maintain your own information systems and technology.

  • A key component of our mission is to minimize your technical support needs. We do this through excellence focused planning, management and maintenance services.

    When you do have the innevitable unexpected issue our support team is ready to troubleshoot and coordinate a prompt solution.

    Our standard support service provides our clients a response from a real human within one hour of submitting a service request and a solution, or solution plan for more complex issues, within 24 hours.

Options

  • Average cost per device, per site, and/or per-user each month: $150. Most organizations operate between $75 and $300 per device/site/user per month depending on a variety of factors including availability of technology savvy staff, availability of spare equipment, complexity of systems, and level of compliance required (if any).

    This is a pre-paid service due on or before the first day of each month.

    Our service is fully customizable to each individual client with your choice of monthly, quarterly, or annual payments. This option enables the elimination of the cost of conversation related to service cost and other unnecessary project planning conversation and generally eliminates approximately 50% of the cost of owning information systems and technology. We believe strongly this is the best value for our long-term and larger customers.

  • Simple. You get a report showing the health of your systems along with what needs to be done each month, and nothing else unless you want it. We charge $10 per workstation (desktop or laptop), and $50 per network site or server operating system.

    This is a pre-paid service due on or before the first day of each month with no further obligation.

    This option enables any organization to benefit from the tools we have access to as a service provider while absolutely minimizing the cost of third-party services.

  • Our hourly fee starts at $250 per hour. We provide free support and consulting services to our regular service customers along with patch cables, video adapters, and spare equipment of any kind at no charge when we have it on hand. We offer abundant discount opportunities such as loyalty, pre-payment, and referall. Most customers pay around $150 per hour on average for our services.

    This is a post-paid service invoiced on the first day of each month for services provided in the previous month with standard payment terms of 30 days.

    Many of our customers start out at an hourly service approach and many choose to stay there depending on the size and complexity of their business. Hourly fee services allow the cost of our service to flex each month so you only pay for exactly what you need each time you pay. This hourly service is popularly coupled with our Reporting service as a bare-bones lowest cost of service for short-term or while we get to know each other.n text goes here
