Generally, most organizations choose a service rate between $75 and $300 per user per month depending on a variety of factors including availability of technology savvy staff, complexity of systems, and level of compliance required (if any).

This is a pre-paid service due on or before the first day of each month.

We also offer a reporting-only service in which we provide the bare minimum possible using our creative service method and a few tech tricks to allow your organization to manage your own systems and technology as much as possible.

About 50% of our customers choose a combination of this Reporting service and some amount of Hourly fee services. This option enables any organization to benefit from the tools we have access to as a service provider while absolutely minimizing the cost of third-party services.

We charge $10 per workstation (desktop or laptop), and $50 per network site and/or server operating system. Simple. You get a report showing what needs to be done each month and nothing else unless you want it.

This is a pre-paid service due on or before the first day of each month.

Many of our customers start out at an hourly service approach. Hourly fee services allow the cost of our service to flex each month so you only pay for exactly what you need each time you pay.

About 40% of our customers choose this approach and it generally works well depending on the total number of people/users/devices. and depending on the depth of service desired.

Our hourly fee starts at $225 per hour on a graduated scale along with abundant discounts. This service is discounted $10 per hour for every 10
hours of service provided each month.

This is a post-paid service invoiced on the first day of each month for services provided in the previous month with standard payment terms of 30 days.
